32例老年无痛性急性心肌梗死临床分析
【中图分类号】R592【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0090-01【摘要】老年无痛性急性心肌梗死临床并不少见，由于不具有典型特征性疼痛，部分患者可无任何症状，故难以引起病人和医务人员的重视，以至延误就诊，甚至误诊和漏诊。分析我院收治的32例老年无痛性心梗的临床资料，总结其临床特点，为早期诊治提高治俞率提供依据。

Analyzes 32 examples old ages which my courtyard admits not to have the pain heart stem the clinical material, summarizes its clinical characteristic, governs Yu for the early diagnosis enhancement to lead to provide the basis.
