    【摘要】膝骨性关节炎是中老年人的常见多发病，严重地影响着人们的健康和正常生活。其主要病理改变是关节软骨的退行性变和关节韧带附着处增生形成骨赘，并由此引起的关节疼痛、肿胀、僵硬和功能障碍。本病属于中医“痹证”、“骨痹”范畴。中医药治疗本病有着一定的优势，疗效显著。
