    【摘要】高血压病是引起脑卒中、影响人的预期寿命和生活质量的主要因素之一。近年，随着人们的生活水平不断提高、生活节奏的不断加快、不合理的营养、不良的生活方式和社会的老龄化等，导致心血管事件、高血压的危险因素增多加大。全国高血压患病人数呈显著增长趋势，而还有一部分人群接受高血压病的预防知识较少，且对承受预防和治疗费用的能力较低，治疗的顺从性较差，发生脑卒中、心血管病事件增多。因此，降低治疗费用，提高治疗的顺从性、长期性，保持降压效果的有效和稳定，就显得较为迫切。笔者认为：中医药加入对高血压病的分级干预和治疗，具有较大的优势和特点。并根据疾病的发展阶段合理、准确地选择应用中医治疗。
