彩色多普勒超声对浅表淋巴结病变的诊断价值

【摘要】近年来的研究表明，高频率、高分辨率和彩色多普勒有助于良、恶性淋巴结的鉴别。一般炎症或反应性增生的淋巴结声像图可以呈椭圆形，髓质清晰，CDFI检查往往在中央及门部见短线状血流[1]，血流速度Vmaxl6.0±8.0cm/s，RI0.63±0.11。本组30例炎症及反应性增生的淋巴结血流形态及RI与文献报道一致。

General inflammatory reaction or hyperplasia of the lymph nodes can ultrasonography was oval, medulla clear, CDFI often check in the Department of the CPC Central Committee and the door-see short-term flow [1] , velocity Vmaxl6.0 ± 8.0cm/S, RI0.63 ± 0.11. The Group of 30 cases of inflammatory and proliferative response to the lymph nodes and blood flow patterns consistent with the reported RI.
