    【摘要】老年人肾小球病理学研究也表明：60岁以上硬化肾小球随年龄增大而明显增多，并且肾小球滤过膜发生通透性改变，性别间无显著性差异。因此，老年人肾功能的改变是否是直接导致老年人尿沉渣的变化值得研究。
