    【摘要】子宫峡部妊娠的临床诊断：早期诊断较困难，易误诊为难免流产。本文2例均因大出血，在术中才明确诊断，对停经后，尿HCG(+)，阴道反复出血，妇科检查子宫下段极明显扩张，刮宫时有不可控制的大出血，应考虑本病。

    【Abstract】Uterus isthmus the clinical diagnosis of pregnancy: early diagnosis more difficult, often misdiagnosed as inevitable abortion. In this paper, two cases were due to bleeding in the operation before the diagnosis of post-menopausal urine HCG (+), recurrent vaginal bleeding, uterine gynecological examination under paragraph very obvious expansion, curettage have not control the bleeding, should consider this disease.
