    【摘要】随着传统医学模式的转变和系统化整体护理的全面实施，护理队伍整体素质和护理质量都有了质的飞跃，为了适应现代化护理发展的需要，如何将理论与实践相结合，激发实习生的学习积极性，注重实习生综合能力的培养。进行加强教学管理，优化护理教师队伍，提高临床护理教学质量，是当前学校临床护理教学中应当注意的问题。
