糖尿病足的预防和护理进展
【中图分类号】R248.1 【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)03-0186-02【摘要】糖尿病足又称糖尿病肢端坏死，是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一，也是糖尿病致残致死的重要原因。糖尿病足是由于糖尿病患者的末梢神经病变、下肢动脉供血不足、细菌感染等多种因素引起的。临床表现为足部疼痛、皮肤溃疡和肢端坏死等症状[1]，严重时需要截肢。

【Abstract】Diabetic foot is also called acromegaly necrosis diabetes, diabetes is one of the most serious complications, diabetes is also an important cause of disability to death. Diabetic foot is due to diabetes peripheral neuropathy, lower limb ischemia, bacterial infections, and other factors. Clinical manifestations of foot pain, skin ulcers and necrosis, and other symptoms of acromegaly [1] , serious need amputation.
