    【摘要】手术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)是手术后的非器质性根阻，并以胃排空迟缓为主要表现的动力紊乱综合征。我科从2005年1月-2007年12月胃大部切除术后发生PGS10例，经保守治疗和精心护理，效果满意。

    【Abstract】After surgery gastroparesis syndrome (PGS) after surgery is the root of non-organic way, and gastric emptying slowly as the main driving force for the performance of disorder syndrome. I Branch from January 2005～2007 December after subtotal gastrectomy in PGS10 cases, the conservative treatment and meticulous care, the results were satisfactory.
