    【摘要】本文通过对24例外伤致急性休克患者的护理，总结抢救休克的要点：迅速有效的止血，迅速建立静脉通路，快速补充血容量，保持呼吸道通畅，严格观察病情变化，重点包括意识、瞳孔、尿量、生命体征等，采取休克卧位，争取在第一时间做到瞬间判断，正确评估，果断处理，赢得抢救最佳时机。
