    【摘要】颅脑疾病大多病情重，变化快，病人能否得到及时的治疗，医生工作固然重要，但是，病人治疗恢复过程中，护理工作是及其不可忽视的重要环节。在护理工作中，我们体会到：完善的术前准备，引流管护理得当，有效预防颅内感染，是保证手术成功的关键。
