    【摘要】目的：为了观察我县改水防氟的效果，选择了改水后氟中毒重病区大吴家村的居民进行观察。方法：组织有经验的专业人员开展流行病调查，做详细记录。结果：调查结果表明改水后氟害明显减轻或症状消失。讨论：改水前与改水后病人症状、体征有显著性差异，防治效果良好。
