    【摘要】 目的：探讨BPH合并膀胱结石、膀胱肿瘤及尿道狭窄的同期腔内治疗方法。方法：采用汽化电切镜(TUVP/TURP)、输尿管镜、大力碎石钳和气压弹道碎石，联合治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)合并膀胱结石26例、合并膀胱肿瘤12例、合并尿道狭窄8例。结果：本组46例患者均一次腔内治疗成功，无膀胱穿孔及其他严重并发症。随访38例3~18个月，无结石及肿瘤复发，IPSS及QOL评分均有明显改善。结论：经尿道同期治疗BPH及其合并膀胱结石、膀胱肿瘤和尿道狭窄的微创方法，是简单、安全、有效的。

    【Abstract】 Objective: Discusses the BPH merge vesical calculus, the urinary bladder tumor and in same time cavity method of treatment. Method: Uses the vaporization electricity to cut the mirror (TUVP/TURP), the ureter mirror, vigorouslyand the barometric pressure trajectory crushed stone, the union treatment benign prostate gland proliferation sickness (BPH) merges the vesical calculus 26 examples, the merge urinary bladder tumors 12 examples, the merge8 examples. Result: In a this group of 46 examples patient cavity treats successfully, non-urinary bladder perforation and other serious illness complications. Makes a follow-up visit 38 examples for 3-18 month, does not have the stone and the tumor recurs, IPSS and QOL grade has the distinct improvement. Conclusion: Same time treats BPH and its the merge vesical calculus, the urinary bladder tumor after the urethra andmicro creates the method, is simple, safely, effective. ......
