探讨糖尿病合并胆结石的因素及临床分析
【中图分类号】R575.6+2 【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)03-0069-02【摘要】近年来大多数研究指出糖尿病患者合并胆结石比正常人群多见，有报道其发生率达20%～30%[1]。但关于糖尿病和胆结石关系仍有争论。本文通过对比分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴胆结石患者与无伴胆结石患者的血清胰岛素、血脂水平差异，探讨高胰岛素血症、血脂代谢紊乱与糖尿病合并胆结石的关系。

【Abstract】In recent years the majority of the study indicated that diabetic patients with gallstones than normal crowd Most of the reported rate of 20%~30%. But on the relationship between diabetes and gallstones are still controversial. Through comparative analysis of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients with gallstones and Wuban gallstones in patients with serum insulin, blood lipid levels differences of hyperinsulinemia, dyslipidemia and the relationship between diabetes with gallstones.
