    【摘要】该文通过采用问卷的方法对500名1月～12月婴儿肠绞痛及其环境因素进行调查研究，了解婴儿肠绞痛的发生率，探讨环境因素对婴儿肠绞痛的影响。提出减少孕期及哺乳期母亲的精神压力、加强亲子交流、及时了解婴儿的需求并给予适当的抚慰，为婴儿营造一个宽松愉悦的生活环境，对减少婴儿肠绞痛有重要的作用。

    【Abstract】 This article through uses asked the volume the method conducts the investigation and study to 500 in January~in December baby intestinal colic and its the environmental factor, finds out the baby intestinal colic the formation rate, the discussion environmental factor to the baby intestinal colic influence. Proposed the reduced gestation period and the breast-feeding period mother’s spiritual pressure, strengthens kisses the child to exchange, promptly to understand baby’s demand and gives suitable comforting, builds a loose joyful living conditions for the baby, to reduces the baby intestinal colic to have the vital role.
