    【摘要】直肠癌是包括齿状线至乙状结肠直肠交界处之间之癌，是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。我院2001年3月~2007年6月，经3“P”检查(直肠指诊、结肠镜检和活体组织病理检查)确诊16例低位乙状结肠癌，患者采取直肠癌低位前切除、乙状结肠端端吻合术治疗，取得良好效果。
