    【摘要】目的:探讨运用改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法:将136例环状混合痔随机分为两组,治疗组70例运用外剥内扎加内括约肌切断;对照组66例使用外剥内扎术治疗。结果:治疗组在肛门水肿、尿潴留、术后疼痛发生率明显低于对照组。结果显示,改良外剥内扎术具有创口小、痛苦轻、愈合快、并发症少等优点,是治疗环状混合痔一种较为理想的手术方式。
