    【摘要】目的：探讨妇科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的病因和防治方法 。方法： 回顾分析2006年07月至2009年09月在我院行开腹宫颈癌根治术及卵巢癌细胞减灭术后切口脂肪液化25例临床资料。结果：25例均行切口二期缝合后切口7～9天痊愈。结论：腹部切口脂肪液化的原因很多，积极的防治及早期发现并及时处理，可缩短切口愈合时间。
