    【摘要】目的：本文主要是探讨了宫外孕的发生原因、部位、治疗。方法：对51例患者进行了相关的诊断、治疗、分析。结果：痊愈，复查正常，还有5例患者复孕。结论：影响其受精卵进行宫腔是造成宫外孕的最主要的因素。其中炎症的程度是诱发因素。手术治疗并结合消炎治疗，疗效更佳。
