    【摘要】目的：探讨胎膜早破对母婴的影响，分析其发生的原因，寻找正确的处理方法。保证母婴健康。方法：对我院2009年1月至12月403例胎膜早破和无胎膜早破500例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：早产、新生儿窒息、产褥感染、脐带脱垂及剖宫产率明显高于对照组。结论：加强产前及孕期保健积极治疗和避免各种高危因素，降低胎膜早破的发生率，提高围产儿的成活率。
