    【摘要】疾控中心检验科提供实验室数据，为食品、公共卫生监测、传染病防治提供处置依据。所以对疾控中心检验科工作人员的素质要求很全面又很专业。本文针对疾控检验人员的岗前培训编写了一套培训方案，操作起来也比较容易，使新进人员很快掌握检验科基本技术和实验室管理方法，顺利走上检验岗位。
