    【摘要】目的：探讨颈椎骨折患者常见问题的护理对策。方法：循证护理应用于颈椎骨折患者，解决患者疼痛、肿胀、瘫痪、肺部感染、压疮、泌尿系感染、窒息问题的实践过程。结果：42例患者住院期间3例发生肺部感染，1例窒息，2例发生泌尿系感染，无压疮发生。结论：对颈椎骨折患者应用循证护理可明显减少相关并发症的发生。
