    【摘要】新生儿脐部临床护理工作中，常遇见的问题有脐炎、脐出血、严重者可合并全身感染。为提高护理质量、确保新生儿健康，采取出生时正确断脐、做好脐部日常护理并严密观察，保持脐部局部干燥、对脐部不同时期的临床表现采取不同的护理方法。
