【摘 要】目的：观察米非司酮和宫瘤消对子宫肌瘤患者的疗效。方法：治疗组：口服米非司酮+宫瘤消胶囊，观察组：口服米非司酮，治疗三个月。结果：米非司酮联合宫瘤消治疗效果明显高于单用米非司酮，其差异显著意义(p<0.01)。结论：米非司酮联合宫瘤消是保守治疗子宫肌瘤可行方法。
