【摘 要】目的：探讨风湿性关节炎的关节护理。方法：本次共选取80例风湿性关节炎患者作研究对象，将其随机分组就常规方案护理(对照组)与整体全面的关节护理(观察组)效果进行对比。结果：两组医护前关节压痛指数、关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、晨僵时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。医护后均有下降，但观察组下降幅度显著优于对照组，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：加强风湿性关节炎的关节护理，可显著改善临床症状，减轻痛苦，改善生存质量。
