【摘 要】目的：了解博乐市2012年“两癌”筛查中12例宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)的分布情况。方法：对本市3000名35岁～65岁农村妇女进行宫颈脱落细胞巴氏涂片检查分析。结果：在3000名妇女中共发现12例宫颈病变，包括1例宫颈鳞癌，10例CIN。结论：在博乐市农村宫颈癌及宫颈CIN的发生率为4‰，宫颈鳞癌的发病率为0.33‰，宫颈CIN的发病率为3.67‰，发病年龄段主要集中在40-50岁之间，这个年龄段是妇女的围绝经期，激素水平波动，机体抵抗力减退，机体清除病毒的能力减弱，是宫颈癌的好发年龄。
