【摘 要】利用镍钛记忆合金加压骑缝钉一种具有“记忆”特点的金属材料治疗掌骨指骨折20例。骨折复位后，将骑缝钉侵入生理盐水冰水中，改变其形态，在骨折远、近段各钻一孔，从冰水中取出骑缝钉即将2个纵轴分别插入远近钻孔。用45℃左右温盐水纱布热敷、使钉回复到原有形状。起到了持续加压固定作用。经随访，取得良好效果。
