【摘 要】孕产妇系统管理是妇幼保健工作中的基础工作，切实做好此项工作对妇幼卫生信息收集、重大公共卫生项目和基本公共卫生项目都有一定的影响。本文分析了孕产妇系统管理的要点和难点，总结了工作中采取措施成功的经验以及取得的成效并总结出以下结论：降低孕产妇、围产儿死亡率，最有效的措施是准确把握好孕产妇系统管理中早孕建卡检查、高危孕产妇管理、产后访视三个重要环节。
