【摘 要】 目的：通过对2012年博乐市3000名农村妇女“宫颈癌”免费筛查工作中发现的问题进行分析，以利于基层医院“两癌筛查”工作的完善。方法：对2012年博乐市3000名农村妇女“宫颈癌”免费筛查中发现的问题进行统计分析。结果：博乐市农村妇女阴道炎的发病率为82.13%，宫颈炎的发病率为59%，宫颈癌及宫颈CIN的发生率为0.4%，宫颈鳞癌的发病率为0.03%，宫颈CIN的发病率为0.36%。
