【摘 要】目的：探讨老年低血糖特殊症状的观察和护理干预。方法：分别对7例老年低血糖初诊误诊患者的临床表现及误诊原因进行了分析。结果：7例患者经抢救治疗后，低血糖均得以纠正。结论：根据老年患者不同的低血糖表现护士要做好病情观察，常规测血糖，使患者获得正规的糖尿病教育，是预防老年低血糖发生的重要措施。
