【摘 要】目的：探讨卵巢成人型颗粒细胞瘤的声像图特征及临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的9例卵巢成人型颗粒细胞瘤的超声图像特征。结果：9例卵巢成人型颗粒细胞瘤声像图特征主要表现为：在盆腔内检测到边界清楚、形态规整、包膜完整的多发囊性或实性团块。7例经彩色多普勒检测，均探及彩色血流信号，频谱特点为高速低阻型。结论：彩色多普勒超声有助于卵巢成人型颗粒细胞瘤的诊断。
