【摘 要】目的：探讨儿童腹泻并发的臀红(小儿尿布疹)的最佳治疗方法。方法：对350例腹泻并发臀红在保持臀部清洁干燥的基础护理上加用湿润烧伤膏外涂患处。结果：用湿润烧伤膏治疗350例腹泻并发臀红全部治愈。结论：湿润烧伤膏是治疗小儿腹泻并发臀红的很好治疗方法，可以减少住院时间及费用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the optimal therapy to the red hip (pediatric diaper eruption)secondary to the pediatric diarrhea. Methods： 350 cases of pediatric diarrhea patients accompanying with red hip were applied with moist exposed burn ointment(MEBO) after taking basic local cleaning and dry care. Results： All red buttock(lesions) of the diarrheal patients were cleared after the ointment applying treatment. Conclusions： Moist exposed burn ointment(MEBO) is an effective choice for treating red buttock rashes patients secondary to the pediatric diarrhea.
