【摘 要】目的：延长膀胱灌注后药物在膀胱的保留时间，最大限度发挥药物的作用，提高膀胱灌注的效果。方法：通过随机法把患者分组，记录不同灌注速度对患者膀胱灌注后药物的保留时间，比较患者注药后药物的保留时间。结果：5～10分钟内通过导尿管注入288.5ml药物，患者注药后药物保留时间最长，发挥药物作用最好。结论：适宜的灌注速度可明显延长膀胱灌注后药物的保留时间，提高膀胱灌注效果。
