【摘 要】目的：探讨16例晚发性维生素K缺乏所致颅内出血(其中10例伴有低血钙)的诊治方法。方法：观察其临床表现、血常规、出凝血时间、头部CT或MRI进行综合分析。 结果：本组治愈14例，2例自动出院。结论：低血钙惊厥可诱发或加剧维生素K缺乏所致颅内出血、在治疗时应给予补充钙剂。
