【摘 要】目的：探讨双侧子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)及腹腔镜手术在剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠(CSP)中的应用。方法：回顾性分析2010年10月至2014年05月住院诊治的CSP应用双侧子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)及腹腔镜手术治疗的患者共12例的临床资料。结果及结论：两种术式治疗CSP的疗效确切，均值得临床推广，相对而言，腹腔镜治疗效果更为确切。
