【摘 要】目的：本研究将对妇科常见病宫颈糜烂等行LEEP刀手术术后创面出血的原因以及处理对策展开分析讨论。方法：选取我院所诊治的140例行LEEP刀手术治疗术后出血的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，对患者在LEEP刀手术术后出现创面出血的原因进行分析。结果：在所有患者中，有89例宫颈重度糜烂，35例宫颈中度糜烂， 16例宫颈轻度糜烂， 有35例术中电凝难以止血，其概率为25%，90例术后10～15天月经期前创面脱痂出血，其概率为64.29%，15 例患者在手术后20～30天月经期及月经期后出现创面出血，其概率为10.71%。结论：LEEP刀手术后出血主要与手术时手术切除范围过大过深、创面脱痂、过早干重活、术前近期患阴道炎等因素有关。预防可通过术前做好准备，术中注意手术技巧，术后合理使用抗生素，避免过早于重体力活等进行预防。
