    双歧杆菌活菌胶囊(丽珠肠乐)治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及病理变化的研究

    摘要：目的：探讨双歧杆菌活菌胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及对患者微生态学的影响。方法：将72例UC患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组予以柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗，观察组予以双歧杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为91.7%，对照组总有效率为72.2%，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05。观察组恢复到0级、Ⅰ级程度的患者数量明显高于对照组，观察组病理分级平均积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等有益菌的数量高于对照组，肠杆菌、肠球菌等致病菌的数量低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：双歧杆菌活菌胶囊有助于肠道微生态处于平衡状态，可明显降低结肠黏膜中炎症免疫反应的激烈程度，疗效确切。
