摘要：目的：检验脑损伤侧(左、右、双侧)对脑损伤病人注意功能的影响；材料及方法：按照标准选取脑损伤病人33例，分别在不同脑损伤侧组，应用持续作业测验(CPT)、 Stroop字色干扰任务(SCWT)、连线测验B(TMT-B)、同步序列听觉加法测试(PASAT)，进行注意功能评定，记录各项测验评分，进行不同脑损伤侧组间比较，统计结果均以P<0.05为检验标准；结果：不同脑损伤侧组间测验评分无统计学差异。结论：脑损伤侧对脑损伤病人的注意功能无影响。

    The effects of the lateral on the attention of patients with brain injury

    Abstract Objective:To test the impact of the lateral on the attention deficit of patients with brain injury； Materials and Methods:33patients with brain injury were selected according standardization.They were grouped by the lateral. Apply CPT、Stroop、TMT-B、PASAT to assessment attentional ability.scores were compared between groups.statisitical results with P<0.05 is inspection standards. Results:There were no statistical difference between groups(in left, right and bilateral brain damage). Conclusion:The lateral of brain injury don't affect attention deficit.
