摘要： 股骨转子间骨折系指股骨颈基底至小转子水平以上部位所发生的骨折。由于手术技术的提高，内固定材料的不断发展，手术合并症的发生大大减少。手术治疗股骨转子间骨折已成为首选方法。选择手术疗法可以尽快解除疼痛，从而降低了因疼痛刺激引起的脑血管、心血管并发症。功能恢复较快，降低髋内翻畸形发生率，患者早期离床、负重，避免长期卧床引起的并发症，降低死亡率。本文采用MIPPO技术，反向使用股骨LISS治疗股骨转子间骨折，创伤小，愈合率高，加上早期髋关节主被动功能锻炼，骨折愈合快，并发症少，是一种有效的治疗方法。

    Abstract the femur rotor refers to femoral neck fracture between basement to small rotor level over parts of fracture. Due to the improvement of surgical technique, the continuous development of internal fixation materials, greatly reduce the surgical complications happened. Surgical treatment of femoral fractures between the rotor has become the preferred method. Choose surgery therapy can relieve the pain as soon as possible, which reduces the cerebrovascular and cardiovascular complications caused by pain stimulation. Functional recovery faster, reduce the incidence of hip varus deformity, patients with early from bed, weight, avoid the complications in bed for a long time, reduce the mortality. This article USES the MIPPO technique, reverse using femoral LISS treatment of femoral fractures between rotor, small trauma, healing rate is high, coupled with early hip main passive functional exercise, fast fracture healing, fewer complications, is an effective treatment method. ......
