摘要：目的: 探讨和分析超声诊断对泌尿系统结石患者的诊断效果。方法: 选用了我院在2013年3月-2014年3月接收的100例泌尿系统结石患者作为研究对象，所有患者采用了探头频率3.5MHz的飞利浦HDI5000彩色多普勒超声仪来查看患者的输尿管、肾脏以及膀胱内结石情况。结果: 100例泌尿系统结石患者中有45例肾脏单发小结石，12例膀胱结石，23例输尿管结石,20例其它结石。结论: 超声诊断泌尿系结石具有快捷、安全、无痛苦、无创伤等特点，并且易于复查，诊断率比较高。因此值得在临床上推广。

    Abstract:Objective: To explore the diagnosis and analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis of urinary stone patients.Methods: selected in our hospital in 2013 March -2014 year in March received 100 cases of urinary stone patients as the research object, all patients with probe frequency of 3.5MHz Philips HDI5000 color Doppler ultrasound to see patients, renal and ureter bladder calculi situation.Results: 100 cases of urinary tract stones in 45 patients with small kidney stones, 12 cases of bladder calculi, 23 cases of ureteral calculi, 20 cases with other stones.Conclusion: ultrasound diagnosis of urinary calculi is rapid, safe, no pain, no trauma, and easy to check, diagnosis rate is relatively high.
