斜冠状位对后交叉韧带损伤MRI检查应用价值的研究(1)

摘要：目的：探讨膝关节后交叉韧带损伤患者MRI影像学表现，探讨斜冠状位成像对于后交叉韧带成像的准确性，评价影像学MRI检查的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析18例临床诊断为后交叉韧带损伤患者影像资料以及50例正常人群常规MRI检查资料，后交叉韧带损伤患者损伤情况与手术病理情况对比，对比正常人群后交叉韧带常规矢状位、冠状位检查与斜冠状位成像的表现。结果：所有膝关节MRI检查结果，斜冠状位显示情况优于矢状位、冠状位检查，图像锐利程度也优于传统结果与，斜冠状位MRI成像与患者手术结果有很好的一致性。结论：斜冠状位成像能很好显示后交叉韧带的解剖结构，对后交叉韧带损伤的临床诊断提供有效影像学的依据。
