摘要：疾病负担是监测一个国家或地区国民宏观健康状况变化情况的重要信息，是确定疾病控制优先权的基础，是评价疾病控制措施有效性的工具。本文在参阅多篇文献的基础上，对疾病负担国内外应用现状进行综述，并展望了疾病负担研究的发展方向。关键词：疾病负担； 应用现状； 展望
