摘要：目的：了解住院精神疾病患者健康知识知晓情况与对健康教育内容和形式的需求情况，为有针对性的开展健康教育提供事实依据。方法 采用自行设计的《患者健康知识知晓情况调查问卷》和《患者健康教育需求情况调查问卷》对132名住院精神疾病患者进行调查。结果：患者健康知识知晓率总体不高，对自身精神疾病相关知识需求最高，最希望的健康教育形式是健康讲座、现场健康咨询和发放宣传材料。结论 医院应采取灵活多样的健康教育形式，进一步加强对患者各种健康知识的宣传和教育。
