摘要：《献血法》[1]的颁布实施，保证了医疗临床用血需求和安全，使无偿献血在全国得到了广泛推广和实施。随着输血事业发展和临床用血逐年增加，采供血专业技术人员队伍也在不断壮大。本文针对血站工作人员应具备的职业道德修养进行探讨，以提高和完善站工作人员的服务意识，更进一步促进无偿献血事业持续、稳定、健康发展。
