摘要：目的：探讨胎儿18-三体综合征产前诊断的方法及临床意义。方法：2012年11月—2014年2月在我院进行产前诊断的孕妇，取羊水细胞培养， 进行胎儿染色体核型分析， 检测胎儿是否患染色体数目或结构的异常。结果 确诊的18-三体孕妇8例，介入性诊断之前8例孕妇均经产前超声检查，超声检查均提示异常。结论 进行有效的产前超声检查，有针对性地进行产前诊断， 对提高18- 三体综合征检出率、有效地控制和减少出生缺陷的发生有重要意义。
