摘要：目的：探讨重症胆管炎急诊手术后护理。方法：分析30例患者的临床特点、治疗手段及相关护理问题。结果：通过对患者的精心护理，积极抗感染治疗，防治并发症，可以使其安全的度过围手术期。

    Abstract： objective to investigate the severe cholangitis emergency nursing after the operation. Methods to analyze the clinical characteristics of 30 patients，treatment and related nursing problems. Result through careful nursing of patient，positive anti-infection treatment，prevention and treatment of complications，can make its safety during perioperative.
