    硝普钠联合多巴胺对心力衰竭的治疗意义探究

    目的：分析硝普钠联合多巴胺对心力衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法：纳入此研究中的88例研究对象均为我院于2015年2月-2016年3月期间收治的心力衰竭患者，按照单双号方法将其划分为观察组和对照组，两组患者治疗方法均为常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加入硝普钠联合多巴胺进行治疗，比对两组临床疗效。结果：观察组和对照组分别经过治疗后，其治疗总有效率经计算后为95.45%和75%，同时两组患者间的左室舒张末期直径以及左室射血分数存在显著差异性，且心功能恢复情况良好，经对比统计学意义因P<0.05产生。结论：在对患者进行常规治疗的同时，还应加入硝普钠联合多巴胺，此治疗方法疗效良好，有助于患者病情的改善。
