    瘦素(leptin，LEP)，是由肥胖基因(ob基因)编码的，由体内脂肪细胞产生的蛋白质激素，作用于下丘脑的体重调节中枢，引起食欲降低，能量消耗增加，导致降低体重，减少体脂。
