摘要：21世纪以来，国际人类基因组单倍型图谱计划的开展和人类基因组计划的完成，促进了基因与疾病的研究和新药的发展。文章综述了近年来重大疾病病因的研究进展，表明了新药研究开发的新趋势。

    New Trends in Research and Development of New Drug

    Abstract：Since 21st century, with the development of haplotype map project and the completion of human genome project, the study of disease with gene and development of new drug has been promoted. In this article, the progress on studies of new pathogen of major diseases is reviewed. The new trends in the research and development of new drug are demonstrated.
