摘要：端粒酶是一种可以维持端粒长度的RNA酶，抑制端粒酶可能会使端粒缩短并使肿瘤无限增殖停止。本文对以端粒酶为靶点治疗乳腺癌的研究进展作一综述。

    Progress on Telomerase as Target for Treatment of Breast Cancer

    Abstract：Telomerase is a kind of RNase that can maintain the length of telomere.The inhibition of telomerase may lead to telomere shortening and cessation of unrestrained tumor proliferation.The progress on telomerase as target for the treatment of breast cancer is summarized in this article.
